By booking a session you agree to these terms.

Sessions

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival shortens the session.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Late cancellations may be billed in full.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Scope of Services

Counseling is not a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services.

Limitation of Liability

Mr. Haynes provides counseling services to the best of his professional ability but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
