This agreement explains how confidentiality, consent, and your rights work in our counseling relationship.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in session is held in the strictest confidence. Records are kept securely and never disclosed without your written consent.

Limits to Confidentiality

Confidentiality is broken only when required by law: imminent risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult, or a court order.

Informed Consent

By booking, you consent to participate in counseling sessions, intake forms, and follow-up communication via email and phone.

Voluntary Participation

You may end the counseling relationship at any time without penalty.
